A lot of guys out there really want to become an alpha male.  You know… that guy that is the leader of the pack.  The one that always gets his way.  The one that the women just can’t seem to resist.

These guys try to become an alpha male by cutting other guys down to make it look like they have more “social status.”  They do a bunch of stupid shit, brag about every minor accomplishment they have, and take every possible opportunity to flex their nuts.

You don’t want to be like these guys.

These guys are not alpha males.  They’re just dumb asses.

Real alpha males don’t need to prove themselves to anyone.  They’re just plain bad ass dudes that know what their life is about.  They live by their own strong principles and sure as hell don’t give a damn about whether or not other people think of them as “alpha males.”

If you want to become an alpha male, you need to first stop caring so much what other people think about you.  Then you need to stop doing stupid petty stunts to prove you’re an alpha male.  Real alpha males don’t flex their nuts because real alpha males know they’ve got them.

Now, on the important stuff.

Practice taking the lead in situations.  Instead of sitting around and waiting for someone to decide where you should go for lunch, just decide something.  Even if you don’t really care.  Just make a decision.  I’ve noticed that lots of people just hate making decisions and are eager for someone else to take charge.  Plus you can avoid those annoying “I don’t know, what do you want to do” conversations.  Taking charge is easy you’ll be surprised at how many people just follow your lead.

To become an alpha male, you need to get clear about what your life is about.  Who are you and what do you stand for?  Cultivate a sense of integrity and personal values.  Stand up for yourself when someone tries to tread on those values.  But don’t go out of your way to start a fight or get in a confrontation.  Assume that it is possible to resolve things in a civil manner, but don’t be afraid to defend yourself if you need to.  Get this and all the confidence and body language stuff that the wannabe alpha male guys are trying to copy will just magically get taken care of.  If you know what your life is about and you’re on that path, they you won’t really have any reason to be tense and uptight.

So stop worrying about being “alpha.”  Just get on track with your values and your life’s purpose and get used to just making decisions and you’ll naturally take care of all the neurotic details that everyone else is busy obsessing over.  Remember, real alpha guys don’t worry about this stuff, and if you are trying to be like them, then neither should you.
